Few questions regarding 16v Conversion.

   I've bought a bare engine pretty much, and currently sourcing parts for it.
   
   1. My engine has no Oil filter cooler part thing , Can you run the engine without one? I believe 106 Gti's do, So I'm assuming the Filter would just sit closer to the block? I believe I have to get a screw to screw into the block and then the filter onto that if I do, I've had a decent look but can't seem to find one. I'm guessing I can get one from Citroen though.
   
   2. As the engines going into a 1.1, I have no PAS. Does the pas run off any pipes/outlets coming from the block, Will I need to block these holes etc?
   
   If Anyone has any Engine pictures I'd be eternally grateful.

   2nd one, As far as I remember from taking mine out, PAS Pump runs independant with a 12v input, so you don't need it for the 16v conversion. Not sure about the first part

   when i got my gti engine it was more or less a bare engine. there is a few parts you can swap over from your 1.1 engine like the alternator and starter. i have no oil cooler either. and pas is electric.
