Aftermarket wheel affects my indicators....

   Hi
   Just recently fitted an OMP corsica aftermarket steering wheel with OMP boss in my 02 Saxo VTR
   Anyway, when I indicate sometimes the wheel will do the self cancel, and sometimes it won't, any ideas?

   When you fitted the wheel did you fit the airbag ring correctly?As there`s a little plastic tab on there which cancels the indicators(easy to break be careful)

   I took the wheel off, unplugged the air bag, fitted the boss, fit a fuse into the air bag plug and fit the new wheel...
   Have I missed something?

   i need to somehow keep the air bag cable taught so the ring rotates as the wheel does...?
