basically now and again when i pull away and the revs are under 2k it looses power but picks up again and judders. i was told it could be a coil pack problem so i changed that but it still does it. so im thinking it could be a sensor problem. any help would be much appreciated

#4sounds like you've bought some kangaroo fuel!
perhaps try map sensor, and idle control valve. -
#5Map, knackered plugs, dodgy coil pack, knackered engine mounts (too much movement, have this problem with mine)
Lots, plugs are cheapest and easiest to spot! -
#6i serviced it about a month ago. im think map sensor or tps as it only does it low revs i took it out and ragged the arse off it so im assuming its not anything clogged up and iv clean the throttle body. so ill get my self some new sensors and go from there.

#7im having the same sort of problem, it all started with a hole in my radiator, i took it to the garage had it replaced with a new one but because it had got so bad and there had been occassions when i was driving with no water left in the rad, it caused the head casket to blown so that was replaced too, since ive had it back it does sit idle properly rather than it being 1000 revs its half that? the car almost cuts out as soon as i start up. ive noticed it does it when i have to sit at traffic lights or if im in a queue as well. i took it back to the garage thinking it could be the excelleration cable, they adjusted that but it didnt help, the problem goes when the cars been running for say 10 mins, im not sure if its the cpu perhaps?? or summat to do with that, ive a saxo forte W reg, any help would be much appreciated as its driving me mad! lol
