MOT with decat also NEED A BONNET

   im based in the north west (Blackpool area) and some clown pulled out on me, I need to get the MOT done for insurance purposes but cannot get it in anywhere because of the decat.
   
   Am i just going to get hold of a cat so they can do the emissions???? is there anything else i can do?
   
   Not the right place but im also looking for a phase 2 bonnet in black, must be in good condition!

   I like the way you put clown and 'police officer' together but I meant another road user that wasn't using his mirrors to his full advantage and didn't see me in the outside lane when he pulled out

   ive just decatted my car and was very surprised that the ECU light isnt on. I spoke to my MOT tester and he said a good running engine may just come in under the CO2 limit

   Im confused, how is someone crashing into you related to getting an MOT?
   
   A decat will fail, need to get a cat on for the MOT and then just remove it after
