Floppy gearstick help!

   The pin has just fell out of the selector on my gearbox now it wont go into 1st 2nd or reverse so i managed to get it to a carpark and have left it there, what can I use as a temporary fix until i can get a new pin, i'm at home now so have access to bolts etc, cheers

   got it home now, used an allen key and a washing peg to hold it in with lol
