front is lowered but different heights!

as titled my car is lowered 60mm at the front but the right side is 1cm lower than the left. it was originally lowered 50mm on spax springs and i had the same problem thats why iv gone 60mm but there is still the 1cm difference. iv replaced almost every front suspension part but the legs, droplinks and anti roll bar. iv even checked the rear was lowered the same on both sides which it is. im just wondereing what else i should change to sort this problem?

    thanks

did you lower on dampers aswell? 10mm difference in one side is about right. but on old shocks you get a thing call batchelor's sag where if the suspension is lower on one side the its normally accoated to having weight mostly on that side (when one person is in the car.

no got new shocks B8s, i just cant think of anything else to change its been like it from day 1, tbh the whole left side is higher than the right but when mesured its jus tthe front left thats 1cm higher which is really pissing me off now. does anyone know if the 1.1s spring pan is slightly higher? was thinking mabey it has a 1.1 leg on it?

it won't have a 1.1 leg on it they don't have drop links like the vtr so don't fit as there is no place to bolt the drop link, not sure what it could be though :/

Had the same thing when I had the 306 many moons ago.. Turned out to be the struts.

might sound obvious/stupid, but have you checked the tyre pressures?

yeah it probably is good for rounda bouts but to look at i hate it any other suggestions on what to do?

You said you have replaced most front suspension parts, does this include the top mounts and bearings?

Strut top mount should be flat but if you lift the bonnet and have a peek it might be domed after a pothole-wheel incident or something like that making that side sit a bit lower. Also one spring might not be seated correctly?

Yeah iv replaced top mount bearings. Well its lowered to the same height that is the lowest. Wihich is drivers side. All I can replace now are the struts or strut on passanger side and hope the passanger side drops the 1cm its ment to do. What you reckon?
  14. #14
My passenger side sits about 10mm higher aswell.

I think it may not be seated properly.Either that or because I snapped the ARB mount and replaced just that one, and not as a pair.
