Rear lights, half smoked?

Me here again..!

Has anyone ever seen/got pictures of a black Saxo with these rear lights on?

I'm sure I've seen a picture of a guy with them on here, the picture's with a posi blue Saxo that has hazard tape all over it, and the black Saxo with them on has baby blue wheels and/or badges?

Can anyone help?!
