idling and clutch issues

   hi guys,
   iv just finished putting in my engine, started up fine but its got idling issues. i have to keep my foot on the revs at ALL times even when warm.
   
   also, my clutch pedal seems very hard to push in, iv got all gears etc , just feels like something is going to snap.
   
   any idea's?

   My vts idles the same just dies unless i give it throttle

   fixed the idling, had a spare throttle body so just fitted that . can now just turn it on and leave it
   
   got issues with clutch still though, still drive it but pedal is level with brake pedal but biting point is near very bottom
   got an airlock in the water system and my oil temperature/pressure which ever 1 it is , is sat at the top
