EML light diagnosis

   Had my car put on the diagnostics today to see what the EML light was all about i got the following faults.
   
   - Throttle Actuator fault ? - no idea what this is ?
   - ignition fault - im thinking spark plugs ?
   - Coilpack fault - guessing the coilpack is nearing end of life
   
   anyone help me with this to find out what they actually are telling me lol

   What are the actual codes you got? If your coilpack is knackerd then that more than likely explains the ignition fault. You got a miss-fire? you can test the pack & plugs.
   
   Edit: is this the golf or saxo?

   never asked the fault codes, the guy done it at the end of the Mot and then i picked it up a few hours later he just said those were the faults that came up :/.
   
   nah no misfire although on the odd occasion the revs will stick when changing gear.
   its the saxo mate

   Throttle actuator fault could be the throttle position sensor.
