Rear door cards

   How do you get the seat belts out of the rear door cards 3DR?
   Bit of a silly question but I can't get them off

   undo the seatbelt at the bottom and feed it through

   to get it out of the door card there is a plastic sleve around the belt take that out then feed the belt through the hole.

   Thanks got passanger side off now the seat belt is stuck so wont come out.
