A perfect set of VTR alloys will set you back about £120.
for a standard set should be around £75

I'm watching 2 VTR alloys with good tyres for £20.

The alloys them self's aren't very good quality, but they can easily be refurbished.

A average condition set (With bubbles and scratches) and reasonable tyres go for around £80 i've seen lately.

You could always get poor condition alloys with good tyres for cheap then refurbish them.
