Bent chassis HELP!

  1. #1
Alright guys, first time posting on here. I have a bit of a problem. I came off the road last night in my vtr and a curb slightly flung me up into a barrier. Bumper, fog light and new tyre are needed, but on further investigation I saw that the chassis has crumpled inwards a bit.

The cars still driveable. And it's only down on the far side of the bumper where the chassis is bent. From what I can see..as looking into the engine bay under the bonnet. The bottom right hand side of the radiator sits further in by about 2 inch and the bumper is hanging roughly 1 inch lower on the right when
Looking at the car head on.

Basically guys, does anyone know roughly how much it would
Cos to straighten the chassis out? I've heard a lot of stories about how it's extortionate so I'm quite worried.

    Cheers for your help!

It would help if you posted some pictures of the damage mate.

will be difficult to pull that much out on a jig! don't think it will be safe to drive after if you have to jig it 2 inches in one direction then another 2 inches in another direction. probably looking at £800+ to fix it depends what other damage you have done. imo if chassis legs are bent on a saxo you may aswell take it down to the scrappy.

Was going to say the same, time for the scrap yard. Once the metal crumples it's weakened. Doesn't matter how straight and pretty you can make it look, the strength has still been compromised.
