MOT emmisions

   Right my vts failed its mot on emissions - (it did have a decat) removed decat put on a cat and it still failed.
   
   Not long ago I had the car on diagnostics and 3 faults came up one being something to do with injector 2 and 4 over fuelling or something along those lines (I cant remember exactly what it was now) Is it likely that my car is over fuelling and that's what's causing it to fail emissions and if so what do I do, just get a new set of injectors?? And if that is the case does anyone recommend a decent set.

   Try get hold of a second hand set, also replace lamba sensor.

   lamba sensor was fine buddy, is there 1 or 2 lamba sensors on a vts?

   Injectortune can clean/refurbish your injectors, takes about a week though, my mates failed a couple of months ago on emissions, we changed cat, spark plugs and airfilter and it then passed

   spark plugs got done on a recent service so shouldn't be that? got a cat and that's fine, air filter I didn't think about so could give that a shot, I think its over fuelling it smells fuely and 2 injectors (2 &4) came up as fault codes, could this be why its failing?

    Also check for blows in the exhaust. little ones won't matter but i had a 4 inch long crack in my manifold/downpipe which helped mine fail MASSIVELY.

    Run some injector cleaner through as well,mine nearly failed the mot due to blocked injectors.Despite a new cat & lambda sensor.
