Do the 'guts' from lexarse lights fit into smoked jewels?

   Quick question really, Does the wiring/bulb holders from the lexus lights fit straight into a set of smoked jewels?
   
   I bought the car with them on so i do not have the standard bulb holders.

   No.
   The Jewels use the standard bulb holders mate.
