mk 1 crossmember on mk2 saxo?

   ok i ordered the bit, but it just said '96<' on the site, leading me to think itll fit all saxos (i figured the front/slam panel was just different) of course, its came and says '96>99' on it.... so will it fit, or have i wasted £16?

   iirc it is slightly different but can be made to fit mate

   i have no phone, but its not the slam panel, its underneath between the chassis legs....

   slam panel is different but the front crossmember under the rad is the same
