Falling out of reverse

    Recently my saxo has been doing this thing where you put it into reverse, start parking up or something then theres like a bang, the gearstick shudders and it wont reverse, so i have to go through the process several times. But it doesnt do it all the time, more often then not.

    Just wondering if anyone can help becausse i have no idea and its getting embarrasing haha

    check lower rear engine mount and gear linkages

    Well sinse i got the car you do seem to have to travel to put it into any gear :/. I also got a leak on my gearbox, could it be that?
