Help needed.

   Ok, iv just tried to change my icv, the previous owner has rounded the threads on the bolts and I can't remove it.. very frustrating. Is there any way of removing this ? Any help appreciated.

   are they torx screws? could cut a slot in the head with a hacksaw and undo them with a screwdriver if you can get at them

   That's actually a top idea ! Going to try that. Note oe mate, ill give it a go .

   Or tap a bigger torx bit into the bolt/screw & try that the other idea is good one though.
