Damage to wheel?

   My passenger front wheel decided to come off about a week ago due to loose wheel nuts (somehow??) and luckily I was able to put the wheel back on but now and again when I full lock the steering wheel and drive, it somehow makes a knocking noise but not all the time.
   
   Its kind of making me feel un-easy to drive it around after what happened so any ideas on what the knocks could be?

   How damaged is the wheel?Also you may have damaged the wishbone that side.

   Did the wheel come off at speed?
   
   Obviosuly for the wheel to come loose and eventually off it has to wobble itself free, so essentialy you have the wheel trapped between the nuts and the hub banging around until the nuts are let free from their thread.
   
   If its a knocking your experiancing it is most likely the wheel bearing, as its taken to much abuse. Either that or a damaged knuckle, could of wobbled a A/R link or ball joint lose?
   
   The question you have to ask is how did it come lose in the first place, definatly worth looking in to before you hit the motorway
