comfiest standard seats

want to get a comfier interior for my car currently got a std mk2 desire interior , but was wondering whats the comfiest e.g vtr/ vts

I sold a friend some VTR seats to replace his 1.5D desire (whatever it is) seats
And he said he instantly noticed they were more comfortable
But guess that's personal preference!

I like to think i own one of the comfiest standard interiors! Quite a few people will agree aswell, its the old cloth 106 gti seats.

I have this (Millers) exact setup in my 1.5D myself for the same reasons. It's VERY comfortable. I ended up being given the seats as they're practically worthless and the guy selling couldn't shift them. Excellent value for money even if you have to pay £50 or so

vtr/s seats are much more bolstered and comfy, i got a set for £10 lol.

if you can find some local most people will give you them for the price of a pint.

cant find some locally though so may have to buy some off internet for 50 quid only local ones were 100 think ill go scrappy and have a look aswell

My cloth gti seats cost me near enough nothing lol. Bought them along with a dimma grille for £30 collected. Then i sold the dimma grille for £25. And they're properly good condition aswell.

i would disagree there, especially in comparison to lower spec seats r/s are quite comfy...

Gti leathers are so much better than vt seats, mine were quite worn admittedly but the difference is night and day

LOL that's the first time I've been insulted through my choice of seat!

I thought they were great. Really comfy and had good support!

Comfier than the seats in the fiesta I've got now!

106gti leather - although quite expensive, and the suede wears easily on them. They look the best though

106gti cloth seats - are pretty much exactly the same as the leathers, are very comfy but look terrible imo

106 rallye seats are like cloth gti seats aswel but have a better pattern. i bought some once for £30.

I dont understand how people say vtr seats are comfy. when i went from gti leathers to vtr seats they felt so hard and uncomfortable. They have a much higher driving position aswell

I did notice the difference between 1.1 and VTS seats. I couldn't drive more than 200 miles in a 1.1 without getting some bachaches but also leg strain. Then I went to the south of France driving the vts and was still morning fresh when I arrived to my destination. There is a world of difference, the combination of soft suspension and sloppy seats on 1.1 cars just don't cut the mustard for long distances.

Get the 106 leathers if you can find and afford a decent set.

I`ve got vts seats in my car,i`ve changed them from standard because of a back problem.The vts seats are far more comfortable than standard seats.

the best Saxo seats available are either Mk1 VTR/VTS seats or Mk2 non airbagged VTS seats.

If you want the comfiest direct fit seats then you need to look at the Ph1 106 XSi interior

i've been through 3 different seats so far

1 set of vtr's...i presume from a mark 1...quite hard and hurt my back sometimes.

another set of vtr's but standard to the car this time...already a mark 2...very comfy but seemed somewhat way to soft.

and now in the current vtr leather bucket recliners...very comfy i think...or i've just got used to them

My old VTR seats were horrible, felt hard as fuck, even the buckets I have in now feel comfier than them!

The comfiest seats I'd say I've sat in in a Saxo are the newer Furio ones, the black and red or black and blue ones!

Yeah, my friend had them in his old Saxo and I loved them, were very comfy.
