saxo electric window problem

   first of all when i close my drivers door it makes a noise as if their is some thing loose and ratling around in the door and the other thing is when i wind up the electric window it does not go up level one side comes away from the frame and their is a drill hole in the window is their something to the atached to that hole in the window i would like help with both problems i think the are conected are they???????????

   There should be a plastic guide in the back of te window where the hole is, i got one from citroen not long ago think it was about £2, as for the rattling in the door take the door card off and see if anything is in the bottom of the door or loose/broken and go from there
