Engine Blueprinting

   I am wondering if anyone knows of a good place to blue print engines and gearboxes. There is nobody in Ireland doing it that i can find.
   
   Anyone help ???

   we have prepared/supplied parts quite a few winning cars in both rally +rallycross in Irealnd .
   latest one is a s/charged c2 -now cleared to run by motorsport ireland --giving over 230@wheels
