White smoke!?

   Hi all,
   
   I've just changed the rocker cover gasket as I thought the cause of my white smoke was because it was condensation? Does anyone know if it could be something else or just takes a while for it all to burn off!?
   
   I've checked water and for gunk under oil filler cap and all is clear ( got loads of water left also and haven't topped up at all )
   
   This is my first saxo so not sure on any mechanics of it!?

   Your gasket probably isn't on properly and its leaking on to the manifold.

   oil on the manifold mabey.....

   If its white smoke, then its water vapor. Oil gives blue/black smoke....
   
   Does only do it when cold? Or does it stop after driving for a while?

   Just an update,
   
   Drove to and from work today ( about 30 miles ) and the white smoke stops once the car is warmed up, so fingers crossed problem is fixed!!
