Removing a tiger sealed Mk1 spoiler

    My flat arch has a Mk1 VTR spoiler stuck on with what looks to be tiger seal (was on when I bought it). I'm just wondering what would be the best steps to removing this without damaging the paint work, and how I can remove excess tiger seal?

    get a new bootlid? ..
    nah im not sure tbh mate its going to be hard to do without damaging the paintwork underneath, why do you want to take it off anyway? mk1 VTR spoilers are the best looking imo

    I just fancied the look of the Mk2 spoiler a lot more - a lot better suited for a flatarch imo.

    no chance of getting that off without repainting it after plus you don't have holes in the window for a mk2 spoiler

    Mk2 can be put on with tiger seal mind. I've seen plenty of people on here have done it?

    Shame though I thought a hair dryer and a long sharp knife would do the trick, but wanted to make sure. Mmmmf, nevermind!
