Steelies from a 1.1 on a vtr?

   can steel wheels from a 1.1 be used as winter wheels on a vtr? was just wondering as i have a set with very good tread and i'm looking at gettin a new set of alloys in the new year so don't want to buy new tyres for my current alloys which are wearing low. cheers

   ah right niceone, was just thinking they look a bit thin compared to my spare steel wheel and will probably look a bit odd but if they fit then thats fine thanks

   Yeah i've got the bolts from the 1.1 that go with the steelies

   They will fit fine but will look ridiclously thin, get some cheap VTR wheels on there

   Depends if they're 13's they will scrape the brake calipers.

   no they wont. my mates old 306 dturbo had the same brakes as i have now and he used one of my 13s without any bother
