Inside rocker cap

   When I take the cap off the engine, it looks bone try compared to other motors I've seen, is this normal?
   
   Aint owned a saxo for ages so unsure if it used to look dry or if theres a problem.
   
   Has had recent oil change, and oil is near enough on maximum.

   theres not usually alot just a thin covering of oil i think

   Mines literally touch dry pretty much, hasn't been driven properly for over a year, has been up and down my road a couple of times thats it so?

   short trips can build up condensation just keep a check on oil on dipstick and all should be fine need to get that car out more often then
