body trim

   hi there i have just bought a v reg saxo 1.1 but the small indicator on the wing and trim on the drivers door has been damaged due to the strap in the door breaking at some point. i was wondering where do i get the new black trim (or second hand) for the car. iv looked on ebay and some other car sites. i can find indicators or doors but not trim. or is it a case of going to the scrappys for one

   they are quite difficult to get hold of sometimes just keep looking around the scrap yards and ebay etc

   is it the little clips that hold it on to the wing that are broken? mines is like this and i just superglued it back on

   Exactly the same here - just superglued it back on like mentioned above.

   no mine is completly missing. the last owner must have smashed it clean off, my door bump strip is damaged and bent to but cant find a replacement one of those either. will have to visit local scrappys on my next day off.

   I recently took both of mine off, I'll see if I still have them lying around anywhere, if I do you can have it for free... Might have thrown it away though!

   well i visited the local scrappys in my area and they all told me the same thing. they dont get many parts in anymore because of people selling parts on ebay.
   i have managed to heat the door trim and put it back on but still cant find that wing indicator housing for the drivers side like trying to find hens teeth lol.

   There are a few saxo's in scrapyards around the place though, I guarantee you. I went into the back of someone the other day (my fault ) and needed a new bumper and radiator - got both for £60!
