as you can see from the picture below my wheels have been sprayed in black they were like it when i got the car

i know they are a little dirty but i wiped one today and its still a bit dull

would it be better if i gave it a bit of lauqer?

Just clean them properly first and try using a clay bar on them. If they're still shit polish them like you would with the car.

If they're still shit respray them!

Tbh, It looks like you've done crap job of cleaning them. Try using some wheel cleaner or TFR if needed, Then give them a polish, Super resin polish will do fine. If they still don't come up then it's a re-spray job.

If it was me i`d wash/dry them then a very light wet/dry sandpaper then lacquer them.

Id just clean them and give them a respray if they need it

Before lacquering, try Mer Alloy Wheel Cleaner. Used that on my alloys, and out of all the cleaners I've used, it brings them up the best.
