Battery light help!!!!!!

   my battery light keeps coming up on dash, goes on and off flickers, i don't know what it is, ive tightened the alternator belt up, but sill doing it! please help

   Had same problem on my last vtr i had. It's either alternator that is fucked or your connection. I can do alternator test for you at work if you want to pop it down here till 5

   Check the plug ontop of the alternator, give it a wiggle and see if it goes on and off.

   I had this, wiring from the starter to alternator was heavily corroded, replaced and no further problems (did upgrade it at the same time to a much thicker cable)
