Paint for rear badges

   T cutted them ages ago want to bring the car back to ( more or less ) standard, what paint do i need? any preparation etc required? How many coats? everything really....... i'm clueless!

   when i painted my boot handle i done 2 coats of primer then 3 of the colour i think. with sanding inbetween coats. first time i had painted anything and it turned out great

   Lol to paint my badges I used one coat of paint and one coat of laquer - looks perfect to me. May wear down quicker due to no primer but months have passed and it's still okay and looks perfect

   Plastic primer,then top coat.

   Are you bringing it back to standard to sell?
   
   Easiest way would be to buy some silver enamel paint and use a brush to paint it on.
   Not enough people paint car parts with brushes
   
   Mind you... thinking how much the paint costs, might just be cheaper to buy some new badges off ebay. Or pocket some whilst visiting a scrap yard or something

   scrap yard n slip them in your pocket failing that sand them down primer 1/2 coats then lacqur
