manifolds

hi, basically i have been looking at a few manifolds and was wondering peoples opinions and advice on which to get.

some suggest at least 10bhp gains, and i thought that was untrue just from a manifold, i dont want to spend loads on one but i dont want a cheap shitty thing, so could someone check these ones out and possibly recomend me some cheers.

i had my eye on this one but unsure :/

i would like a supersprint one but they are more than i want to spend, are the ones above any good or a waste of money cheers.

personally janspeed. its a trusted brand. but more u pay the better u will get. i went for the janspeed with sports cat off kam and couldnt have got better. give gains and is still mot'able expensive but well worth it

i had a look into manifold a couple of weeks ago, looking at reviews and what people had said about them after fitting on forms, i found that a lot of people said raceland manifold was the best in price for your money and performance, hope this helps

are sportex any good and which brands give best gains/sound?

Sportex are a shite brand avoid them at all costs.

Raceland manifolds are no longer in production so the only way you'll come across one is secondhand.
I'd advise either a secondhand Raceland or Supersprint (if you can find one), or the Janspeed one.
