   okay my vtr is lowered 60 all around, it has got 16" tsw on and low profile tyres, every little bump in the road my back wheels scrape the arches and when i have my front wheels on full lock that scrapes the arches, whats the best way to stop this? 15 inch alloys?

   find where they're rubbing and prize the metal outwards with a metal bar or something slightly, usually works in most cases.
   
   for the front, this happens to mine too, not really anything you can do about it...

   It most likely isn't scraping the arches.. And is scraping the back bumper bracket and the front bumper bracket.. There is some wire you might have to move, as the wheel was rubbing it when suspension compressed.
   
   Cut/hammer them back..
