Probs a silly questions but just got some polybushes for my beam and need to fit them but cant think how to remove the old ones???
Burn them out or???

Time to get heavy duty with it mate, could try hammer and chisel/punch but it will probably be easier to burn the buggers out

i use a rechargeable drill and drill away at the rubber then knock the remnants out

Yeah thats what my dad said to do lol but i just burnt them out messy job!
all sorted now got the new ones in....
