   think that it what its called? basicly what i mean dont need to move the gear stick as far?

   Its called Qucik Shift.
   
   Someone might be able to shed some more light on this. As far as i'm aware, there are a few ranging from £20 to £120. I would also recommend you upgrade your linkages too so they have less play.
