Wont work, needs to be resprayed mate.. im assuming you mean the front chevrons yeah?

Chrome wont come off with t cut mate. There is like 3 layers of primer 2 layers of copper the chrome and the chrome sealer. If you want them black you have to paint them. If you want them to match the plastic grill then paint them satin black its a pretty good match once you apply some plastic trim gel.

Yes front ones are chromed plastic rear ones are painted plastic.

yea mate there's like a copper coating (or something) and then its chrome plate, will never come off with sand paper lol, best bet is just to key them and spray them

How long does it take to T-Cut the rear badges? I started to do it, and after about 5 minutes i still hadnt even got the C black??

im putting rear badges back on my blue saxo. so if i get t cut and rub the badges hard enough it de-shines them does it?

Use plenty of t-cut, rub hard. Shouldn't take much loner than ten minutes

Cracked on with this this morning, and must say, took about 5 minutes.
Dunno if its ever been said or mentioned, but I used a pan scrub and it came straight off, then used a flannel to rub it all off.

haha yeah, my mate said it took him a long time to do it, and his thumbs were fucked when he was finished!

Yeah i did my rear badges and the badges on the side that say saxo aswell. My thumbs were blistered quite bad lol!

Any abrasive polish will work when making the badges black
