Battery light under throttle

   Right bit of an odd situation, during idle and low speed the car is fine. But if I put a bit more throttle on, the battery light flickers on and off and the car also splutters. Any ideas?

   Would get your alternator is on its way out or something bud
   Is there any noise coming from the alternator?

   had same with me the other day, turns out it was the earths that needed cleaning
