Funky dial problem..

   Right, my Dials are being a massive gooch.
   
   Since I've changed my Engine, my Dials have decided to light up like this..
   
   Its my fault I'm sure, I had the clocks out as I was going to take the Dash out to remove the sound deadening but got bored halfway. I'm certain that all the cables behind the dash are connected that need to be, apart from the Stereo etc. All the Clock cables are clipped in. But I can't remember if there's any earths etc behind the dash. As far as I know, there is only the ones at the bottom of the dash on either side.
   
   They light up like this, when I turn the ignition to the 2nd click, And the speedo,rev counter don't work either..

   Debating it might be because I've got a VTS engine loom meeting a 1.1 interior loom.
   
   Not the same amount of Pins on the large single plugs?

   i dont thinks its because of the different looms. i dont have any lights on
