Ticking noise

   Hi Guys, I have an annoying ticking problem comming from the fuse compartment. It sounds just like the indicators, I believe i've changed the indicator relay (the grey relay?) and I have swapped over all the fuses in there but the ticking sound is still there. It happens mostly on a cold start, but it doesnt always tick, it can be there for a solid two days and then can be gone for another 3 or 4. Is it worth getting another grey relay or shall i replace the other two?

   Try taking apart your indicator stalk and cleaning/regreasing the contacts.

   happened to me the other day, started off with my power steering turning all electrics off for a split second, then just totally wouldnt start and if it did it would die instantly, turns out it was the earth points on the gearbox and chassis as KrisB said, i cleaned and re-greased them and all was fine,
