starting problems

hey guys my problem is my car struggles to start every morning and after ive been to work so when it has been left a while so got a battery check and my battery needed replaced so i done that and im still having the same problem. i only left it for 3 hours today and it took me ages to get it started, it cranks over the starter motor is going but it just keeps going then it will eventually start. was thinking the fuel pump or spark plugs? usually once it started after being left over night or at work it starts fine for the rest of the day except today it was only left 3 hours and i had this problem hope this makes sense thanks you guys

Maybe could be faulty alternator not charging your battery?

i thought that as well but went on a trip to whitby just the other day and it was fine sure it would of broke down if the alternator was gone. same as the started motor is one of the thirsty components for electricity and it didn't drain the battery so it must of been charged its annoying haha

hmm is it due for a service? maybe after a change of spark plugs it mite be better and if not id get alternaor checked but if its non of these im not sure lol you could ask at a garage?

you were mate because when its cold out side or i nail the car the battery light flickers so this could be related to the starting problem
