Is this a fuel return pipe, or have i got the wrong one?

   It look's the same as the normal fuel pipe, Just wondered if it's the wrong one?
   
   Putting 16v in today, so if it's the right one, i'll feed it through, if not, ill block it off with a bolt and u clip it.

   So how does the end with the white connector go into the fuel pump? or does it just into the tank?
