hand break light

    hiya guys just a quick question my hand break light sometimes flickers when im driving?i know my heandbreak needs tightning would that be the reason?

    wouldnt it just be because the hand brakes loose

    lift your bonnet up and check your brake fluid, takes about 4 seconds.

    Also check the Little shitty push type switch under the handbrake lever.

    no. the light will only iluminate if
    1. handbrake is aplied or not released properly
    2. the fluid level is getting low.

    the handbrake is a mechanical system.

    Wouldn`t an electrical fault also cause the handbrake light to iluminate?
