Need loom advice please :)

    I have a 2000 ph2 VTR which is a silver top engine but single plug ecu, I'm wanting to put a jp4 lump in it and I have a vts il be using some bits off, my vts is a 2001 3 plug, so would I have to splice the loom or could I use the 3 plug? I'm not sure with the looms out of the crossover year cars, any help would be appriciated

    Hello mate, if your vtr loom is a single plug then you really need to use a single plug vts loom/sensors off the engine as there are a few big differences between the looms of the single plug and 3 plug.. You don't really want to be splicing a single plug and 3 plug together.. As the Rose joins in the engine bay are different!
