    GMC Head Work (TU Engines)

We open up the exhaust ports, open valve throats & narrow valve seats on inlet and exhaust. Shape port round 90-degree bend to give full flow. Valves contoured around seat area. Rebuilding with competition springs, is suggested and costs £42 extra. Head skimmed up to 2.0 mm as desired.

    8v - From £450, 16v - Fropm £600
Thats all GMC's website seems to say about cylinder heads I imagine it'll be slightly cheaper with an exchange.
