   i have just brought a saxo the power stearing works wen it wants to and a loose the heaters as well the lad i brought it off put a pump on it can any body help plz thanks

   Where did you BRING it from?
   
   Loose fuse. Passenger side, push em all in properly

   maybe hit the pump with a hammer, check fuses/relays ,
   usually this is a sign of needing a new ignition barrel
