Bonnets

   Ive got scratches on my mk1 bonnet. And was wanting to replace it. Not sure whether to just try and get the scratches out my existing bonnet or get a different bonnet.
   
   Was just wondering if anyone knew any good places to get a new bonnet?

   Just maybe not with all the vents in. I just like how it goes over the lights abit at the front.

   You can get a bodyshop to make it up for you, the normally weld onto the existing bonnet matey..

   Depends cos over here it would cost alot.! A decent bodyshop could make up the bad boy plate and weld it and spray.. Prob over £250.. Im not too sure as i do my own work normally..

   Those are Procomp fibreglass bonnets, they come like that. Only problem is that Procomp ceased trading ages ago and its quite difficult to get a hold of these bonnets. However, there is a company called Streamline Carbon who are apparantly starting to make them again so you could be in luck.
