Saxo Radiator

   Hi everyone,
   Hope someone can help me with a few problems. But i have to admit i'm a vectra owner (sorry) its my other half who's got the saxo. Ok her radiator sprung a leak so we rung round and got one for 12 quid (not bad i think) but it turns out its a vtr on it looks like this one http://www.aepdirect.com/components/...zed/731528.jpg we only have a 1.5d it looks like it would fit but we might need the fan off the vtr. Is it that easy? Will it cool the car any better as well. I could take it back to the scrap yard but it was 12 quid, i'm sure that's a good deal.

   That's the same radiator as my 1.0ltr petrol as well, that I fitted yesterday actually. It's really easy to fit and I've got hardly any mechanical experience. £12 is fantastic!

   Is the fan mounting the same or do i need the vtr one. Do i need anything else off the vtr as well?

   I've no idea sorry, haven't seen a 1.5D radiator myself. All I know is that I had a radiator for my 1.0ltr yesterday that is exactly like the one you linked, and it was dead easy to fit.

   Oh right,
   
   The one on the 1.5d is alot bigger and the water reservoir is separate from the radiator.
