I think my clutch has finnally gave up, has been squeeling for a long time but always seemed to work fine. Driving it the other day and it just dropped making it hard to change gear. when driving the clutch is still slightly compressed causing it to rev highly.
Taking it to the garage tomorrow, does this sound like a brand new clucth or gear box is required? Or is it a more simple fix. Someone told me a nackered clutch release bearing will destory the gear box is this true?
