What would you do?

Basically ive had the saxo 4 weeks? on a 3 month warrenty.
After 3 days went in because the exhaust manifold split.
Week later the sunroof was leaking so they did that.
Then the back window smashed when i pulled door too.
    Clutch went
Was revving on its own & cutting out because revs was going below 1k
    Clutch went again today
    Speedos stopped working today
Now we have terrential rain and ive got a swimming pool in my passenger footwell because they didnt do the sunroof properly.

Now they said this morning they arnt going to do the 3 month warrenty because its costing them too much but if anything else happens they will just give me cash back.

So question is, would you take the cash or fix the leak and hope for the best?

Seriously stuck with this one as with no car i have to ask for lifts till i can find a new one. But if i keep this and get the sunroof fixed that could be the end of it OR the beginning of it fucking up.

Give it them back and get the cash back if they wont pay for the repairs.
Just go and buy one that isn't a Dog with the cash.

This, there's plenty of saxo's for sale so, at least now you've found some of the common problems and know what to look out for.

Just make sure you get all your money back and get all the paperwork sorted out so the dvla don't end up chasing you (i know from prev experiences)

Get them to fix everything (and dont leave with the car until it is) or get the money back. How much did you pay for the car?

It's taken you this long to decide to take it back?

If they have offered you a three month warranty then I'm pretty sure that they are required to fulfil the terms of this right to the end of the time, regardless of cost.

If I was in your situation I would hand it to them on a plate... 'you either fix my car under the agreed warranty or I'll be taking my money back as well as making a very lengthy phone call to trading standards
