fitting brake caliper

hi my rear brake has been binding a while now, i keep freeing it up but it comes back after a few months. i was just after a few tips on how to fit a rear caliper, what to look out for etc. i can fit my own pads so think i should be able to do it myself and save a bit of cash. its just the brake pipe thats got me thinkin, not sure how to bleed them either. they got bled about a year ago so the nipple or whatever its called shouldnt snap off when loosening.

id remove the whole caliper and push the piston out and clean inside with fine emery paper, clean the seal and assemble in a clean enviroment, if it still siezes get rid of all the brake fluid out the system if it looks contaminated, also remove the chrome looking pins which the caliper slides on make sure they are free , copper slip will be good aswell mate
