    Urgent*

Have you even attempted it yourself?

Undo the bolt then pull it off....

Put your palm on the plate then bend your fingers around the plate and then tense your hand. this will grip the plate, then move your body backwards and pull your hand towards your body. This will pull the plate off.

Hit the plates with a hammer as if you are trying to spin them round. Only one end comes off. Oh and put an M10 or 12 bolt in it and then drill it in with one side bolted up still.

another good reason for the existance of garages....is the bolt important? yes, it holds the anti roll bar in, without it the arb can come out and jam into the wheel, if you lucky there will just be a hideous noise, unlucky and you'll die. thats the truth

will get it into work on wed or thursday and drill it out and replace the broken bolt and the one on the other side
