Remove rear interior card / panels?

   Can anyone tell me how to remove or lift up the rear interior panels. The peice under the window's and where the seatbelts hide in. On a 3 door
   
   Something's dropped in there and it rattles about whenever i drive about

   Pull them.

   Pull up the window rubber then pull the card towards you.If you want the card off completely then you`ll have to unhook the seatbelt & feed it through.

   take bottom back seat out first. pulll rubbers around window up, think i unscrewed the seatbelts, the panel is on clips just pull it. do a search on it on here will probably find something.

   Dont think theres a guide for it, its about as simple as putting petrol in your tank.

   not a guide but a lot of people have asked that. thats how i found out about it doing a search on here. might not be so simple to other people.
